Poster Session 15th Annual Meeting of the Lupus Academy 2025
The 15th Annual Meeting of the Lupus Academy is a world leading Lupus educational meeting, which will be held in Bratislava and online, from 3-5th September 2026.
The Poster session provides an opportunity for participants to showcase present their research both in person and online. Posters must be developed in line with the following guidelines and submitted by the deadline of Monday 8th JUne 2026. All accepted posters will be displayed in the poster area throughout the meeting.

Poster Session: Development and Submission Guidelines
- Applicants must be specialists in training or allied healthcare professionals with research or clinical practice focused on lupus.
- Poster abstracts must be relevant to the field of lupus research and clinical practice and must not have been previously presented or published in its current form. We are only accepting original research topics, relevant to lupus, and encourage submissions describing the challenges faced in clinical practice by the multidisciplinary team.
- Submitted abstracts will be reviewed by members of the Lupus Academy Steering Committee and, if accepted, authors will be invited to develop full posters for presentation at the 15th Annual Meeting of the Lupus Academy.
- Primary (or presenting) authors must be indicated on the original abstract submission and registered as a delegate for the 15th Annual Meeting of the Lupus Academy.
- Abstract submissions can be made from hospital, academic or commercial research backgrounds, and must not be promotional in nature.
- Artificial Intelligence: Lupus Academy provides specific guidelines for the appropriate use of Large Language Models (LLMs) and other Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools when preparing abstracts, posters, and cases for its educational meetings. All authors are required to comply with Lupus Academy’s official Guidance on use of AI Tools/Large Language Models.
Abstract Submission Guideline
Abstracts (maximum 250 words excluding figures and tables) must be
submitted by Monday 8th June 2026. The application form which can be downloaded

Applicants will be notified of the outcome by Friday 3th July 2026.
